How do I return a Product?

All you need to do is send us an email. All returns are due within 90 days of purchase. However, we only receive return packages that remain intact just as you received it. Once your return has been received, your refund will be processed, depending on your bank. It may take 3-4 business days to receive your full/partial refund.

How do I cancel an order?

To cancel an order, please send us an email, we will get back to you within 48hours. Please note, we cannot cancel an order that has already been shipped.

Can I pay with PayPal?

We receive a PayPal form of payment along with credit and debit cards.

Do I get a full refund on returns?

Yes, returns are made within 90days with products not damaged, worn, or torn.

What is your Delivery window?

Due to the current pandemic and the number of orders we are currently receiving, it may take anywhere between 2-21 days for your package to be delivered. We apologize for the inconvenience. We try to prepare orders within one to three business days. Weekends not included.

How will I know if my order is being placed?

You will get an order confirmation in less than 10minutes in your email after placing your order. If you don't due to a technical error, please send us an email immediately.
